We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Quantity Survey Engineer to join our Commercial team and play a key role in tendering, quantity take-offs, and project cost estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure drawings.
* Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Review consultant-issued BOQs and identify discrepancies or missing scope.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
* Perform rate analysis for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls during tender preparation.
* Prepare tender clarifications, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial qualifications.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive cost database for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs.
* Participate in bid submissions and commercial negotiations.
* Upon project award, hand over the estimate and cost assumptions to the delivery team.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
* 5–10 years of experience in construction estimation.
* Strong experience in building and infrastructure projects.
* Excellent understanding of construction methods and pricing.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
